Regional Application Consultant - Retail SAP/CRM Project

My client is the leading consumer goods design, development, sourcing and logistics company for major retailers and brands around the world. With a long standing history of success and as part of the efforts to further strengthen their market position, the company is now seeking for a Regional Application Consultant to join the team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of SAP/CRM Application Project rollout in APAC region.
  • Define and implement SAP/CRM best practice, adhering to company's business standards for functional process.
  • Lead technical discussions on their module of expertise.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project tasks are delivered on time and are of satisfactory quality with proper documentation.
  • Design a test plan and testing standards to monitor system activities.
  • Provide ad-hoc support maintenance service and trouble-shooting to end-users

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience with minimum 2 Years on SAP/CRM Applications
  • Attention to details with good analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and trustworthy
  • Excellent command in written and spoken Chinese & English
