Regional Assistant HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support HR Manager developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures for the Group;
  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions and oversee HR operations of different offices including HK, China and Europe;
  • Drive recruitment activities sourcing candidate directly through LinkedIn, referrals, networking and recruitment agencies etc.;
  • In charge of intra-regional assignment including visa application, expat package calculation and on-boarding arrangement;
  • Engage in C&B activities such as salary survey, salary review, payroll calculation and budgeting; and
  • Assist in setting up of new office in China and Europe.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration / Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 6 years' HR experience gained from multicultural companies and with regional HR management experience are highly preferable.
  • Solid knowledge in China and Hong Kong labor laws and local practices.
  • Good understanding of income tax law in Hong Kong and China is a plus.
  • A strategic thinker with can-do spirit.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet tight schedules and deal with dynamic changes.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Putonghua.
  • Occasional travel is required.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer
