They are currently looking for a C&B Manager covering apac countries for the Regional office.

Description

  • Partner with Regional C&B COE and Business Heads to formulate and review C&B strategies based on analytics and market intelligence
  • Conduct full range of rewards programs and exercises such as annual salary review, executive compensation, job grading, salary structure, award programs, promotion, benefits review, expatriate services, etc.
  • Formulate C&B analysis and HR analytics including workforce planning, cost effectiveness review, compensation analysis, benefits practices etc.
  • Monitor market trend on compensation & benefits best practices, conduct benchmarking analysis via market survey to make recommendation as appropriate for market competitiveness
  • Develop, review and update rewards policies and employee handbook as appropriate in response to changes in company, market, and local regulatory environment
  • Provide advice on HR program, such as Mobility, Recognition, Employer Branding
  • Prepare HR regular reports for management review

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree from top university in Hong Kong or overseas
  • At least 10 years' experience in compensation & benefits from multinational company background with regional coverage
  • Capable in executing HR analytics and projects, implementing various programs through regular communication with global HR team
  • Flexible, Detail-minded, good team player, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Strong computer skills using MS Office Excel
