Job Purpose

Assist the Regional Human Resources Director of North East Asia (NEA) in developing and delivering the reward strategy that maintains the organization’s position as an employer of choice and supports the organization’s future growth and development plans.


Job Descriptions

  • Contribute to the design and development of the reward policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring that  policies and practices are aligned to the business and people strategies in the region
  • Overall responsibility for key reward processes in the region including HR budgeting, performance management, annual compensation review, market intelligence and analysis and ensure effective communication and consistent implementation across the region
  • Understand all business challenges in region and support each country with pragmatic and practical total reward solutions that support both the human resource and business agendas
  • Responsible for the design and development of regional reward initiatives / programs and ensure effective communication and successful implementation in each country, including but not limited to, job grading, pay structure, Incentive scheme, regional HRMS, and GBS (HR Shared Service Centre)
  • Coordinate with Global Reward on global reward program, STI, LTI, annual merit review exercise and focus population database maintenance in global HRMS
  • Assess, recommend and manage regional incentive and benefits programs and support smooth execution
  • Involves in due diligence and integration of M&A projects in the region
  • Perform HR audit, generate summary report and recommend action plans to ensure compliance with local labor law and global policies
  • Provide support to Regional COO, Country MD and HR on global HRMS (Talent force) administration
  • Coordinate with regional BASM and country HR on HR analytics data collection and reporting
  • Acts as reward adviser to country HR and to collaborate with country HR in implementation of reward process and initiatives
  • Supports in other HR projects as assigned
