Senior stakeholder engagement to understand the learning needs of the organization and how this supports the aims, objectives, values and culture of the business.  Responsible for project management of client services, including identifying and developing learning needs to time and budget as well as management, maintenance, reporting and delivery of the regional demand plan. Implementing the learning strategy across the academy/region/country. The role also involves establishing excellent customer and staff relationships ensuring total customer satisfaction and repeat business

  • Point of contact and entity manager for delivery employees, MI analytics and presentations, planning, submissions, feedback and evaluation
  • To lead and manage delivery project teams and ensure that all activities in relation to the Clients demand plan are achieved in line with the MSA/SLA, within budget, to contract and on schedule
  • To ensure that financial awareness and appropriate reporting of the project is maintained in liaison with the Senior Management Team
  • To liaise with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide learning needs analysis, validation and design commission for the learning contract
  • Evaluation of learning solutions, portfolio maintenance, feedback on content, accreditation/selection/quality control, pilot ownership
  • To provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support when necessary for identified business development opportunities
  • To draft Statements of Work and Service Level Agreements to a signatory level, ensuring that all project contractual documents are maintained in accordance with GP Strategies Quality and Procedures
  • To ensure that the quality systems are complied with, maintained and developed following the GP Strategies quality procedures
  • To ensure that all contractors working on behalf of GP Strategies on commercial projects are subject to robust selection and annual review processes and that current and valid Contract Service Agreements (CSA) are produced and maintained appropriately
  • To participate in the staff development programme within the framework of IIP and within the agreed individual staff development plan.
  • To ensure that the Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety and Quality Operating Policies and Procedures are adhered to and that any non-compliance is reported to the appropriate level of management.


  • Degree in Business with at least 8 years of working experience.
  • Strong content delivery and project management  skills
  • Extensive background in Learning and Development/ Training
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required; with excellent planning and organizational skills ;
  • Highly effective in working with all levels of management and staff; adapts well to culturally diverse work environments; with the ability to manage resources in the most effective way to achieve cost/service levels
  • Ability to build and maintain relations with business units and to communicate effectively at all levels.
