Regional e-banking support (Private Bank; Perm 40K+)

Responsibilities 
  • 1st level support for external and internal customers (phone and mail)
  • Coordination of incident management including 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Support of the smooth operation of the e-banking applications and e-services in an
  • International environment for the systems in Europe, Asia and Hong Kong
  • Performing health checks and regression tests
Requirements 
  • Degree in related discipline 
  • High IT affinity, service, and quality awareness
  • Communicative, reliable, resilient personality with initiative and enjoyment of direct  customer contact in the international banking environment
  • Good written and spoken English, other foreign languages an advantage
  • Experience in the banking environment (online banking) and or in support
  • Willingness to work outside working hour
