Regional Email Marketing Specialist

HILTI

Work closely with region and local country stakeholders to develop and deploy high quality email marketing initiatives for China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Korea. Leverage email marketing strategies to drive sustainable business growth and awareness across all products, services, and solutions of our business to further engage our existing customer base.

What does the role involve?

  • Oversees all aspects of end-to-end email marketing campaigns by working closely with stakeholders and topic owners to understand their campaign objectives and target audience, and ensure marketing messages are conveyed clearly and delivered properly.
  • Conceptualize process and interface guidelines to facilitate efficient email campaign development and timely deployment
  • Practice and define CRM management processes to effectively analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle for local follow up.
  • Execute all email campaigns centrally from region office via our global email marketing tool
  • Constantly monitor, review and report on the results of campaigns and make improvements aimed at enhanced efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs to increase ROI.
  • Implement marketing automation solutions as required to further drive relevance and individualization
  • Seek and consolidate internal and external best practices to expand email performance by analyzing the trends and insights to fully optimize company’s email campaigns
  • Support on other digital marketing projects, as required

What you need is:

  • Degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related discipline
  • Around 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on customer- oriented email marketing
  • Familiar with email marketing software, strong preference for experience with Adobe Campaign Manager
  • Highly proficient in Google Analytics, A/B testing, and campaign tagging.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Effective in communicating with people at all levels and in cross-functional team setting.
  • Able to drive and influence other different departments to work together towards same direction with high performing mindset.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving and fast-paced environment.
