Regional Facilities Manager

What are your responsibilities?

  • Responsible to plan, develop, manage, implement and control all aspect of facility management function in APAC region
  • Act as the project manager to handle maintenance projects from design to completion
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties on project requirements and monitor work progress
  • Manage and monitor overall maintenance budget for the region
  • Ensure the cost-effectiveness of all projects and also the quality of the vendors
  • Responsible for the quality control in order to ensure the consistency of store and brand image

What are the requirements?

  • Degree holder in Architecture, Facilities Management or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 8 years’ experience in project & facilities management with at least 2 years in managerial level
  • Candidates with retail or regional experiences are highly preferred
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Occasional travel is required

  • Strong communication skills and with the ability to coordinate the projects among different parties
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
