Regional Head of Recruitment

Job Responsibilities:

  • working closely with stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and providing advice on talent acquisition strategies
  • identifying top talents and managing end-to-end recruitment across countries globally
  • managing working relationships with external vendors and monitoring activity levels and providing reports periodically
  • driving internal staff referral program
  • maintaining best recruitment practice in accordance to the firm's culture standard
  • maintaining up-to-date recruitment record on system and in accordance to internal compliance

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Talent Acquisition within financial services industry
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in General Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work interdependently and engage with senior stakeholders
