They are currently looking for an HR Generalist for their Asia Head office.

Description

• Responsible for effective execution of full hr spectrum, including recruitment, C&B operation, payroll processing, on/off boarding process, HR policy review, etc.
  
• Assist with recruitment activities, from candidates sourcing to offer management
  
• Ensure that accurate and updated employee data is maintained in HR System
  
• Liaise with Head Office for company initiatives, ensuring HR policies are in place
  
• Prepare HR regular reports for management review
  
• Assist in ad hoc support
  

Profile

• Bachelor's degree from top university in Hong Kong or overseas
  
• At least 5 years' experience in human resources with regional exposure from multinational company background
  
• Flexible, Detail-minded, good team player, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
  
• Fluent English and Chinese, any additional languages would be an advantage (Japanese/Korean)
  
• Strong computer skills, using MS Office
