Regional HR Intern- 1 year

Job Summary:

The Intern is responsible to support the Regional Human Resources team on all round administrative tasks with focus on international mobility at local and regional level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide logistics administration support to the Regional HR team.
  • Support Regional HR team in reviewing and validating expats’ expense claims.
  • Support Regional HR team in the local and regional projects processing and consolidate data received.
  • Assist Regional HR team in tracking and consolidating expats’ Benefits-In-Kind
  • Work on ad hoc reports, projects and assignments when required.

Skills / Qualifications / Experience:


  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Excellent analytical and reasoning skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changes
  • Possess strong co-ordination and attention to details
  • Excellent PC skill (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Working proficiency in Chinese is an advantage

Experience & Education: 

  • Previous short-term assignment experience is a plus
  • Major in Human Resource Management (HRM) or business-related fields is a plus
