A UK listed MNC is looking for a seasoned HRBP in support of their continuous growth in APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with regional business leaders to provide HR advise in support of continuous business growth plan
  • Advise and fully support business leaders on regional strategies and initiatives, further develop and review company policy and processes
  • As an integral member of the regional management team, you will be developing and enhancing different integration projects including talent management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, performance management, people retention and employer branding
  • Work with COE and shared services team to ensure business objectives are met
  • Assist any ad-hoc HR projects

Key Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of work experience in MNCs
  • Enjoy working closely with the business and be able to push back when needed on business request
  • Exposure working on a regional scope is a must, and preferably with experience touching China & SEA regions
  • Highly agile and able to work under an ever changing environment
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be compulsory
