Regional HR Manager - Effectiveness & Transformation

Responsibilities:

  • Be the project champion on driving HR initiatives to enhance the organizational effectiveness across the Asia region
  • Review the policy & procedures, conduct data analysis, and make recommendation on workflow streamlining and process enhancement
  • Handle various HR projects on effective manner and manage the costing and budgeting of such projects
  • Plan and implement change management programs such as corporate culture workshop, staff engagement activities, corporate town hall meetings, etc.
  • Monitor any potential merge & acquisition projects and responsible for the integration and alignment process
  • Partner with different HR counterparts across the region on any ad hoc HR tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of solid regional HR experience gained from MNCs
  • Experience in handling OD and change management programs would be an advantage
  • Successful track record on leading or participating in regional HR projects
  • Excellent project handling experience in managing project budgets and timeline
  • Strong data analytical skills and numerical sense
  • Efficient communication and effective interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
