Regional Human Resources Manager

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business needs in manpower planning and people strategies, provide appropriate human resources expertise advice/support.
  • Provide pragmatic advice to effectively manage and resolve human capital issues whilst ensuring all activities conform to regulatory/legislative requirements
  • Prepare regular management reports with trend analyze and identify areas to improve, provide comments or recommendations for management team to review
  • Responsible for expediting recruitment process and facilitate full employment cycle for all GHC Asia offices in APAC
  • Manage implementation of various regional HR initiatives, including employee engagement programs, orientation program and internship program etc.
  • Manage annual HR projects including KPI review, employee survey and staff exchange program etc.
  • Review and update company policies and procedures to ensure policies are compliant with different countries Labour Ordinance and aligned with company business strategies
  • Identify training and learning needs, arrange appropriate training programs with vendors according to the business direction.
  • Perform the full spectrum of human resources functions to all APAC offices including but not limited to personnel management, payroll, compensation and benefits, leave management, visa handling, tax return process, team bonding activities, CSR projects and daily HR & Admin operation


  • University graduate in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7-10 years of solid experience in all rounded HR function
  • Flexible, adaptable, action and customer oriented personal style, ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to act regionally but consider APAC offices nuances, and interdependencies
  • Solid knowledge of China, Hong Kong  and Singapore Labour Ordinance regulations
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and relationship building skills, able to communicate well with people at all levels with different nationality and provide HR expertise solutions
  • High level of professional credibility and integrity
