Support the expansion of business in local and other geographic locations by active engagement in the implementation of HR policies, employment and benefits, etc. as needed.
Ensure compliance to employment law and related regulatory requirements in locations in the region by keeping abreast of latest legal update, putting policies and procedures in place as well as performing necessary reporting and review according to local regulations and internal company policies
Assist in managing the whole cycle of the performance management process, on individual employee as well as on departmental KPI's perspective; review, recommend and drive continuous improvements
Other Ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by superiors
Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 4 years of related experience with solid proven track record in the implementation and maintenance of local and overseas HR policies and in Performance Management
Familiar with HR practice and C&B policies
Experience in a multi-national company and a multi-cultural environment is essential
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with professionals at different levels
Excellent proficiency in the use of English, both spoken and written; Cantonese and Mandarin
