Description

• Provide advanced support for all internal applications and systems
• Assist with the deployment of new applications or systems
• Evaluate existing systems to streamline and provide recommendations for upgrades or enhancements
• Provide Level 2 support for the IT Support Team to help complete daily tasks and to assist with the Ticketing and Asset Management system
• Support an expanding inventory of macOS, iOS, Windows, Linux and Android devices

Profile

• 5+ years experience as a Tier 2 & application support in a professional services environment
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Associates Degree in related field is preferred or equivalent work experience
• Advanced knowledge of BlackBerry/iPhone and latest Android & MAC devices
• In depth knowledge of remote access technologies (i.e. Citrix)
• Fluency in written and verbal Cantonese, Mandarin with ideally Native English
