This IT Support Specialist role will be responsible to provide regional support to users across multiple offices.
Provide deskside support and oversee regional users requests to ensure timely responses are being provided
Manage ticket escalation process such that issues are being resolved efficiently
Assist the setup of video and audio conferences
Maintain documentation and inventory
Provide training to users and participate in IT projects when necessary
Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline
Minimum 1 year experience providing users and deskside support
Technically proficient with Windows 8/10, Active Directory, Exchange and Office 2010/2013
Proven track record supporting mobile devices/tablets and configuring Laptop/PC
Excellent interpersonal skills and can work with stakeholders from various seniority
Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese
