Regional Manager, Learning Administration

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
  • Maintains administrative staff by selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
  • Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Leading and guiding a team in administer training nomination and post nomination processes
  • Guide team members in ensuring timely and quality support is rendered to enable the smooth operation of training by providing efficient and accurate administration to the department.
  • Oversee the administering of Human Resources Management system to ensure system functionalities perform as designed, and all training related data is well maintained in the system in accordance with pre-set time frame
  • Guide team members in ensuring quality support on training facilities and equipment such as maintaining training equipment in good condition and sourcing external venue

Essential Requirements

  • University graduate
  • 7-9 years experiences in administration and leading a big team
  • Regional experince a must
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office and other applications
  • Good command of English
