Regional Marketing Executive

The Regional Marketing Executive’s role is to coordinate and execution support for Retail Marketing initiatives for all retail channels in the region, including Direct-To-Consumer, Wholesale and Travel Retail.

This role will work closely in partnership with internal teams -  Retail Operations, VM, Buying, PR and Wholesale and Travel Retail to ensure marketing assets are delivered on a timely manner and execution of activities are smooth and qualitative.

I.  Support retail activations with the goal of driving traffic and sales

  • Ideate and execute seasonal activations to support retail
  • Develop guidelines for markets to deploy their retail activations

II. Manage activation/event offering and calendar

  • Create assets with the Global Creative team to support activations and events regionally
  • Lead the evolution of the creative assets with the evolving social/digital landscape in mind


        I.            In-store Animations

  • Support logistics and operations coordination for all in-store and out-of-store marketing activations (i.e. Animations, In-mall marketing, Partnership)
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure execution is qualitative and in a timely manner

      II.            Direct Mailing / In-store Distribution

  • Co-ordinate with Retail and Wholesale partners to consolidate Seasonal Brochure / Catalogue orders
  • Submit creative briefs for Wholesale seasonal collaterals (i.e. Leaflets, Pamphlets, Collection Cards)

    III.            Seasonal Launch

  • Submit seasonal launch creative briefs in Pearl and coordinate with New York on delivery of assets for retail and wholesale markets (i.e. Lightbox, OOH, signage, SMS and digital / social media crops)
  • Co-ordinate with vendors and retail stores on execution and production of lightbox visuals and installation dates for retail and wholesale markets
  • Coordinate with vendors on production for out-of-home, print advertising

    IV.            Asset Creation

  • Partner with the brand’s Global Creative team to develop assets for retail marketing
  • Track the asset creation requests to ensure on-time delivery of assets

     V.             Monthly Tracker

  • Responsible for marketing & events invoice submission and payments to Accounting team
  • Update and submit budget tracker on a monthly basis to ensure accurate reflection of payments in budget


  • University Graduate (Marketing / Business / Communication related disciplines)
  • 3+ years’ experience in Marketing / Retail Marketing / Events
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Curious with a positive and can-do attitude; attention to detail
  • Fluent in spoken and written communications in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
