About our client
An Asia Fundraised & Fast-growing L o gistics & Delivery Technology Platform (App. & Web), its headquarter is in Ho ng Kong with offices in Taiwan, Singapo re, Malaysia and Vietnam , wh o is seeking a Regional Head to lead the Asia marketing team with incorporating creative, strategy, research & analytics, and various marketing channels to drive their business in various cities forward.

  About the role

  • Partner with key internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Products) to identify the most high-impact opportunities in each city;
  • Execute a strategic roadmap of marketing initiatives;
  • Manage and guide a team of local marketers to build strong and lasting relationships with our customers and partners;
  • Improve city level performance display and re-targeting, while exploring new creative digital channels;
  • Develop and execute campaigns from start to finish (tasks include creation of marketing brief, creative concepting, marketing analytics, KPI setting and budget management);
  • Custom audience segments, messaging, ad formats, and new solutions etc.;
  • Tracking, analyzing and reporting on channel performance data, industry trends and business data to create actionable insights.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of directly relevant experience in building marketing, brand and growth strategies with deep expertise in marketing planning, media/channel strategies, research/insights, implementation, and analytics;
  • Engaging verbal, written, and visual communications skills;
  • Ability to leverage data to balance the subjective and analytical nature of marketing;  
  • Experience with performance channels such as paid search, mobile app marketing etc.;   
  • Data guru: Intermediate / expert level with Excel and Google Sheets and experience with analytics tools (e.g. Firebase);  
  • Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem , conversion and online customer acquisition;  
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time and to deliver quality results within tight timelines;  
  • Can-do attitude and collaborative with an entrepreneurial;
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English.
