You will be part of our regional Key Account and Implementation team, being responsible for operational performance and development of assigned customers, while working with a variety of stakeholders, and ensuring all committed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
Yo ur primary objective is to own operational excellence with respect to your customer base and look for opportunities for continuous improvements after performance review.

To be considered, you should have at least 5 years of work experience in logistics industry. You demonstrate strong forwarding and influencing skills along with your market knowledge. Language proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly advantageous.
