Regional Professional Education Specialist

To cope with our continuous growth, we are looking for high caliber professionals to join the Medical Systems Division in our Hong Kong Corporate Office.

Responsibilities:

1) Support manager(s) to develop and implement professional education activities in Gastrointestinal & Respiratory field: -

• Frequent travel in Asian countries to provide on-site support of training activities
• Co-ordinate and implement training program in an efficient and compliant way
• Closely communicate with local office members or representatives and lead the preparation process
• Work with regional training group and local organizers to develop program according to local needs
• Conduct field research and provide constructive suggestions to improve training outcomes
• Implement and keep track improvement plan to deliver the expected outcomes
• Plan, manage and review project budget; keep track periodical reports
• Monitor and schedule activities in the most efficient way

2) Support manager(s) to develop and implement any other assigned tasks and projects

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Biomedical / Science / Business discipline
• 5 years of work experience in medical field preferably in medical affairs or sales & marketing team
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in leading cross-functional team is preferred
• Flexible and able to work independently and under pressure
• Able to meet deadlines, manage work priorities and follow tasks till completion
• Good team player to complete tasks in collaborative way
• Passionate and willing to take new challenges
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
