Reporting to the Regional Control Tower Manager, you will take the lead in building strong working relationships with the assigned customers. You will also actively seek opportunities to drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Understand customer requirements and enhance standardisation of operational processes and documents to meet agreed service levels across regions
Conduct regular reviews to ensure origins understanding of customer requirements in SOP/ SLA and reinforce origins compliance
Ensure regional control tower provides operational and technical support to Asia Pacific origins and prevent potential service failures
Coordinate the onboarding of new accounts and closely communicate with the implementation team
Liaise with country operational teams to deliver solutions that meet business demands and improve overall efficiencies
Lead the team to monitor stations on SOP compliance and prepare regular KPI updates to the customers
Be the champion of operational service excellence across regions and globally
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Ideally, you should have minimum 5 years of logistics experience and exposure in key account management. You demonstrate a good understanding of purchase order management, as well as relevant experience in supply chain management. You are able to present ideas and concepts effectively to all levels, and are exceptionally skilled in managing projects according to milestones and timelines.
