REGIONAL PROJECT MANAGER, FINANCE TRANSFORMATION – INSURANCE

Are you a seasoned Project Manager or Accountant with solid finance transformation or finance process improvement experience? Do you pride yourself in your communication and stakeholder management skills? If so, then this new role in finance projects could be for you.

Reporting directly to the CFO, your goal is to improve the efficacy of all finance functions by eliminating or simplifying complex structures, processes and technology whilst aligning with the company’s business strategy. At the same time, you will work with stakeholders and senior management to discuss and implement changes in order to ensure successful execution of business and finance projects. Also, you will successfully incorporate change management activities into every phase of the transformation program and monitor all projects results for significant deviations, as well as ensure development of contingency plans where necessary.

You will need to have at least 8 years’ of regional (Asia) financial transformation, process improvement, change management or project management experience within the financial services, ideally the insurance sector. Moreover, you will need to have proven track record with finance projects, be able to lead multiple teams, and have excellent stakeholder management skills. Accounting knowledge such as US GAAP, IFRS, or HKFRS is a plus; proficiency in business process management systems. Fluency in English is a must. Travel will not be extensive.
