Our client is a globally renowned bicycle producer located at the UK with huge market presence over the globe.
Aiming to provide citizens a comfortable and stylish travelling alternative, the company provides a large variety of customizable parts for their end users to choose and is proud to claim to be one of the largest bicycle manufacturers in town. With its unique branding and market orientation, their products have become collectables and gained outstanding comments from their users.
With their increasing presence in the Asia market, they are looking for a high calibre to join their Sales team as a key member and continue to build their networks in Asia.
Identify potential customers and close deals through effective communication and negotiations
Liaise with dealers, retailers (LFR & different POS) and also end-users so to understand their needs and demands
Explore new potential business channels and opportunities by conducting field work and observing client's preferences
Participate in events and exhibitions on behalf of the company, and demonstrate professional know-how with the product
Develop rolling sales plan for retail customers following sales objectives
Monitoring and reporting on region through monthly KPIs against budget and annual business plan
Gathering market information whilst executing the company's sales strategy
Understand the value of the company and promote it to relevant parties
More than 5 years of working experience preferably as a sales
Fluent in English and good command of Cantonese; knowing a tertiary language will be a big plus
Motivated with passion for the product; able to work independently and also under a team structure
Good presentation skills with great communication skills in English and Cantonese
Detail-minded risk lover with entrepreneur or explorer mindset
Able to travel on a regularly basis (around 2-4 times bimonthly to neighbour countries)
