• To develop and formulate the local and Southeast Asia distribution channels for licensed smart home devices, cellphone and computer accessories.
• To conduct sales and marketing activities including customer visit, preparation of proposal and presentation.
• To handle the sales forecasting, purchase order placing and inventory management
• To achieve sales target and increase the popularity of the licensed brands.
• To oversee and ensure the efficiency of the operation of retail shops
• To lead and manage the sales teams to achieve monthly sales target
• To coach and motivate the sales teams to maintain the professional sales services to customers
• To arrange regular shop promotion and VIP program
• To assist management in executing the marketing & business strategies for any partners events and promotion programs.
• To perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
• Diploma or above in sales & marketing or other disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years channel sales and retail management experience, preferably in electronic products industry
• In-depth knowledge of cellphone and high-tech electronic products industry
• Knowledge on different social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Weibo, WeChat, YouTube… etc.
• Creative, flexible, well-organized and willing to take up challenges & pressure
• Pro-active, sociable team player and adaptability to changes
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Good PC Knowledge in MS Word and Excel
• Immediate available is preferred
