  • Devise and implement the digital strategy across various customer electronic touchpoints covering internet banking, mobile banking and Fintech applications for ASEAN countries
  • Keep abreast of the latest market and technology development with reference market research, customer profile & industry insights
  • Define the business model from the perspective of business benefits, customer experience and application scenarios
  • Manage e-channel projects from conceptualization, business case formulation, design and development to local implementation with key stakeholders from both regional and local team
  • Work with the product team and business to understand high level requirements, taking an active role in understanding core problem statements and business drivers
  • Elaborate requirements and establish measurement approaches for the target solution(s) with key stakeholders from countries and regional e-finance team to ensure smooth project implementation
  • Develop regional governance framework for all digital initiatives



  • Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years' solid working experience in product / customer management and digital channel development in banking or FinTech industry
  • Familiar with financial products and operations / service enhancement, and with the drive to strive for continuous improvement
  • Proven track record and sound knowledge in business development, customer experience and digital channel management
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions in a proactive and independent manner
  • Strong strategic thinking capacity with the ability to translate concepts into business insights
  • Exposure in Asia Pacific regional business is preferred
  • Good command of English and Chinese is a must. Proficient in Mandarin is a plus
