A Global Investment Bank is looking for a Regional Talent Management Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the COO, the Talent Management Manager will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

designing talent development initiatives to enhance culture and engagement

designing programs in the whole talent cycle (from recruiting , orientation, training, up to engagement activities)

conducting skills-gap analysis to devise training plans in conjunctions with vendors on the delivery

working closely with the rest of the HR team to ensure staff development plans are on track

reviewing communications to ensure proper talent branding is carried out internally and externally

assisting in projects such as global L&D forum

The suitable candidate should meet the following requirements:

Univeristy Graduates with at least 8 years' experience in L&D-related positions

Good analytic skills to identify problems and opportunities

Good stakeholder management skills, pleasant and mature to work with Managers

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft PowerPoint
