Company Description

Our client is a global renowned high-end consumer lifestyle brand who owns an extensive range of product portfolio. They are one of the fast-growing companies with young & energetic culture. They have achieved rocket sales growth in recent years. Due to the upcoming expansion plan, they are now looking for a Senior Regional Training Manager  to join their team.


  • Develop and design retail training strategies and new training program
  • Lead a Training Manager to manage a full circle  training strategies
  • Provide a wide range of training program, including field coaching, CS training, product training, soft skills training, management training etc
  • Responsible for train-the-trainer programme
  • Participate in mystery shopper program and talent assessment process to access retail training needs.
  • Monitor and follow-up on training to ensure employees are equipped with skills and knowledge to meet the corporate standard and to ensure applied knowledge will put into practice
  • Develop the talent programme to identify talented staff.
  • Provide training, coaching, orientation programme not only to retail staffs but also to the retail operation and back office staffs.


  • Degree educated
  • 5 years retail training management experience from beauty/ luxury/ FMCG/ technology/ fashion/ consumer lifestyle industry
  • Candidate with strong coaching skill is a plus
  • Proficient communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Training Manager
