Relationship Manager (Client Relationship Management)

iFund is a fund trading platform designed and developed by Noble Apex Advisors Ltd, a specialised financial firm with over 20 years of experience in the finance industry.  Due to the recent business expansion, we are looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position.  Noble Apex Advisors Ltd is a SFC licensed corporation for Type 1, 4, 9 regulated activities.

Responsibilities

• With competitive salary and bonuses, the incumbent will play a key role in both client relationship development and customer service;
• Manage a portfolio of existing relationships and explore new relationships for new business opportunities; 
• Conduct investment transactions for premium individual clients;
• Provide proactive and comprehensive client services such as account opening, transaction operations, financial planning etc;
• Work with internal and external parities to ensure service quality and, resolve problems and client enquiries;
• Ensure all business activities comply with prevailing regulatory requirements and internal policies;
• Maintain and update customer data base;
• Ad hoc projects assigned.

Requirements

• University degree with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in banking and finance;
• Current SFC (Type 1 and Type 4) license holder;
• Strong sales and communication skills;
• Sound knowledge of financial products;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese with native Mandarin is an advantage.
