- At least a Bachelors Degree. Better pursue courses in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Economics or Management. Professionals with higher degrees, for example a Masters
Degree, have a better chance of being promoted to higher job positions
- At least 5 years in corporate finance business
- Setting up meetings with new clients
- Researching the latest products and regulations
- Looking for new sales opportunities
- Certificate in Financial / Securities (Not necessary but extra plus)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- An interest in financial products and markets
- Good mathematical and computer skills
- Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
- An honest and trustworthy manner
- Attention to detail
- The ability to analyse and research information

Job Duties:
- Understanding customer needs
- Responding to complaints
- Handling operational details
- Explaining policies and procedures
- Resolving conflicts
- Working involves negotiating and networking with all groups that interact with their company and ensuring certain protocols are followed by internal teams in the organization
