Handle the assigned NBFI client portfolio with care to maintain and enhance customer relationships and drive revenue growth
Offer various banking services with focus on service excellence, e.g. loan drawdown/rollover and deposit quotation/placements etc.
Accountable for complex account opening requests as well as KYC reviews (e.g. funds and offshore accounts), liaise internally with
Business Support as well as Operations for any enquiries and issues
Handle client enquiries and cross-selling other banking services and products to the clients e.g. treasury products
Maintain a high standard of risk control awareness and ensuring regulatory compliance
University degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
Possess min. 5 years of Financial Institution experiences
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Sales oriented with solid credit analysis knowledge
Good planning and organizing skills
