Relationship Manager (Liability) – Commercial Banking

Job Descriptions:

• Manage a portfolio of non-borrowing clients in Commercial Banking Division
• Handle general enquiries and resolve issues
• Comply with the established policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of bank’s and customer’s asset
• Comply and adhere to bank’s AML Compliance procedures, including but not limited to customer due diligence and ongoing transaction monitoring.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Economics or related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of banking experience as a front-line role in related industry
• Sales-driven, result-oriented and be able to work under pressure
• Qualifications in IIQE/HKSI related areas are preferred
• Proficiency in the financial services/products offered to middle market companies
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
