Handle client enquiries about investment products and service support
Create and maintain good relationship with both prospective and existing clients
Provide quality customer services and handle all client’s account services enquiries
Achieve Individual sale target
New business and account development
Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above, with minimum 2 years or above experience in sales or customer services
Proficiency in Mandarin, good in English and Cantonese
Holder of SFC licenses RA1 & 2 (with IA license is an advantage) is preferred but not essential
Able to work under pressure and independently with outstanding spirit of team work
Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Windows and Office
Immediate available is an advantage
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive
