- Bring along existing clients/channels to increase our AUM;
- Develop business on wealth management products including but not limited to securities, insurance products, bonds, funds , immigration services and overseas property investment products to achieve sales target for HK and China markets ;
- Analyze client needs and develop marketing and product enhancement strategies;
- Cultivate strong relationship with clients and broaden the high-net-worth client base
- As a key role to maintain and develop the business channels in both HK & China;
- Lead, build and motivate the sales team to achieve sales target.
- Develop the long-term product development strategy and business relationship of wealth management product providers (e.g. insurance, mutual funds, ETF, etc.)
- Actively explore new business and introduce a full range of financial services and products to cater different business segments.
- Diploma or University degree in Business, Economics, Finance , Accounting or related discipline;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial sales for HK & China market
- Strong business acumen and marketing execution skills from research, communication to promotion and attentive to details
- Strong PRC connection and exposure is a definite advantage;
- A proven track record in client satisfaction and revenue generation;
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, endeavour to succeed in financial industry;
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills & client relationship management;
- Fluency in oral and written English, Chinese and Putonghua, knowledge of Chinese dialects;
- Candidates with less experience can be considered as Sales Executive
