Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve various business targets and contribute to the team performance
  • Identify the business opportunities and cross-sell full range of banking products, including insurance and investment products and provide services to Small Enterprise and Individual customers
  • Actively solicit new business and deepen existing and establish new customer relationships
  • Manage, plan and promote, ensure smooth execution of sales plan that align with business strategies
  • Comply with the established policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the bank's and customers' asset
  • Handle general enquiries/complaints and resolve issues
  • Perform outdoor marketing activities ( such as site promotion and seminars, etc.) and customer service related duties assigned by the Centre Manager

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in banking industry
  • Qualifications in IIQE/HKSI related areas are required
  • Qualification in ECF is preferred
  • Good in sales management, detail-minded and service oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
