Achieve various business targets and contribute to the team performance
Identify the business opportunities and cross-sell full range of banking products, including insurance and investment products and provide services to Small Enterprise and Individual customers
Actively solicit new business and deepen existing and establish new customer relationships
Manage, plan and promote, ensure smooth execution of sales plan that align with business strategies
Comply with the established policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the bank's and customers' asset
Handle general enquiries/complaints and resolve issues
Perform outdoor marketing activities ( such as site promotion and seminars, etc.) and customer service related duties assigned by the Centre Manager
Requirements
Degree holder or above
2-3 years of relevant experience in banking industry
Qualifications in IIQE/HKSI related areas are required
Qualification in ECF is preferred
Good in sales management, detail-minded and service oriented
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
