Reporting to Organization Development Director, the incumbent is responsible for providing HR services, day-to-day HR transactional responsibilities with focus on analysis and advice on all C&B related matters.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurately delivery of full spectrum of compensation & benefits services and deliverables including but not limited to payroll operation, MPF & benefits administration, pension contributions and tax filing, etc.
  • Liaise and coordinate with different service vendors on expatriates’ C&B related matters
  • Maintain / administer HR related systems
  • Support annual C&B exercises including but not limited to annual budget preparation, annual salary and annual Group Employee Benefits, etc.
  • Support key employee Scholarship programs for the region
  • Lead operational enhancement initiatives to continuous improve and enhance the operational efficiency
  • Involve in ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Key requirements

  • University graduate in HRM or related disciplines
  • 4 years or above in HR Shared Services environment and/or C&B operations in which experience in handling annual C&B exercise is preferable
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Capable to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
  • Detailed oriented, well organized and with strong analytical skills
  • Pleasant and positive working attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
