Reporting Clerk

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports and certificates of tests and inspections
• Coordinate with site staff to collect the test results for processing reports
• File and up-keep the documents and records
• Maintain test results and information in a confidential manner
• Handle clients’ enquiries
• Perform any other job duties as may assigned by supervisor

Requirements/Qualification:

• Form 5 or above
• Proficient in using MS Office
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
• Independent and detail-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hold valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with no relevant experience is welcome to apply
