Representative, Customer Success (Shift Duty)

We are looking for patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative individuals who have a technical affinity as well as a natural ability to be customer focused. As our customer success representative, you will educate and support our customers on CBX product/services and resolve technical problems. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction to our customers in US, Europe and other parts of the world.


About the role

  • Handle live chat, customer calls and helpdesk support on our daily deals
  • Follow up customer requests and/or technical support cases
  • Provide assistance to help customers resolve problems encountered
  • Escalate technical issues to application support for additional troubleshooting
  • Monitor SLA metrics according to customer agreements and internal regulation


  • Candidates with any customer service experience are welcome
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Proactive, patient, service-oriented and possess good communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player, with effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on day and night shifts
