Research and Collection Assistants (Government Department)

Our client, a government department, is recruiting Research Assistants for collection management and exhibitions. 

(Contractual period: around 12 months)



  1. To assist in the digitalization project of museum collection
  2. To assist in liaising with contractors and conservators on the production schedule of the digitalization project of museum collection
  3. To assist in preparing, editing and proofreading of text such as catalogue, booklet, panel, caption, etc. for exhibitions
  4. To assist in conducting research and preparing written content for the catalogues
  5. To assist in liaising with designers and contractors on the design layout and production schedule of the exhibition catalogues



  1. Degree or above from a HK university, with at least 33% credit in Anthropology, History, Cultural Studies, Museum Studies, or equivalent
  2. At least 2 years working experience, with working experience in a local museum
  3. Experience in conducting research for exhibitions on culture/ history subjects
