Project : When Should the Foreign Chain Allow the Local Owner to Cobrand an International Franchised Hotel? A Principal-Agent View and Empirical Evidence

Duties : Responsible for data collection and entry, database assembling, and other research-related activities.

The appointment will be for 7 months.

Requirements : A good honours degree.  Proficiency in English, Chinese and computer skills is required. Candidates are also expected to be highly responsible, reliable, well-organized, detail-oriented and have a genuine interest in academic research.  Preference will be given to those with research experience, statistical knowledge and skills, and background in related social sciences/management disciplines.

Salary and Conditions of Service
Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
