The Asia Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change is a University-level research and development centre. Its activities include conducting world class quantitative and qualitative research; developing leadership development programmes and tools; conducting training workshops; and organizing international conferences.
The appointee will be responsible for providing research assistance and support to research projects on school leadership in relation to teacher learning, collaboration and innovation. Duties of appointee include contacting schools; arranging interviews; transcribing; translating; conducting literature reviews and data analysis; writing report; and performing any other operational duties as assigned by the project investigators. The appointment will be for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Organizational Behavior or a related discipline. He/she should have good planning, organization and interpersonal skills; high proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in data analysis and full-time working experience in teaching, training, or research would be an advantage.
