The appointee will be expected (i) to provide professional assistance to the Project Leader and the programme team with developing and executing a leader learning programme; and (ii) to plan, supervise, coordinate and execute various professional activities of the leader learning programme. The appointment will be for a period of 12 months with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with post-qualification full time working experience in professional development programmes; excellent proficiency in English and Chinese; strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; motivation, drive and perseverance to meet challenges and anticipated future demands particularly with the area of programme development. He/she will report to the Project Leader, Centre Director and the Centre Manager.
