The appointee will be responsible for providing research support to the teaching development grant (TDG) project: A new process to fairly score individual contributions to a team project. He/she is required to: (a) recruit users of the new process; (b) maintain the database of user information; (c) collect and organize survey data; (d) maintain the process’s website; (e) perform literature search and review; (f) perform data analysis; and (g) prepare presentation materials and manuscripts. The appointment will be for a period of 12 months with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.
Applicants should preferably have a degree in business administration, experience in marketing and project management, competence in website maintenance, and command of MS Office Suite. Finally, they must have excellent communication and writing skills and high English and Putonghua proficiency necessary for user recruitment and marketing implementation.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, leave, medical and dental benefits.
