The appointee will be responsible for supporting research projects. He/she will require to assist in searching literature, collecting and analyzing survey and interview data, and managing administrative work, supervising part-time student helper and performing other duties as assigned by the project leader. The appointment will be for a period of 12 months with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a Master’s Degree, in Education or Psychology. Experience of using quantitative research software (e.g. SPSS, AMOS) is essential. Applicants should be proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. They should also be self-motivated, and willing to learn to handle unfamiliar tasks. Applicants with the knowledge and skills related to inquiry/project based learning, critical thinking and creativity will be an advantage.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, leave, medical and dental benefits.
