The appointee will provide research support to two projects (Project 1: A meta-analysis study on reading and learning and Project 2: A language processing study of code-switched words). Duties of the appointee include literature review; data extraction, data organization and data analysis (for project 1) and the preparation of testing materials (for project 2). The appointment will be for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Statistics, Experimental linguistics or related disciplines from a recognized university. He/she should have strong command of SPSS, LISREL/Mplus/AMOS (or familiar with R), and high proficiency in both Chinese and English.
