Create, develop and co-ordinate new product development in line with brands’ food concept requirements to upkeep market trend

Liaise with internal teams in product development schedule and menu revamp planning

Follow up with store kitchen productions through staff coaching and training
從員工指導培訓到產品推出, 跟進分店產品製作及出品標準
Review raw materials and recipes to meet budget cost controlling
改進材料及食譜達致成本控制及產品質素目標
Supervise and manage daily operation in kitchen during store duty when there is a need
有需要時負責分店當值及管理廚房日常營運
Requirements: 要求
5 years or above relevant experience in kitchen section in western restaurant
5或以上西餐廚房或相關工作經驗
With apprenticeship in western cooking culinary
具西廚學徒經驗
Energetic with good team spirit and keen in product development
良好的團隊精神, 有活力及熱心於產品發展
Passion for food, Innovative, exceptional work ethic and dedication
對食物有熱情, 具創新精神, 卓越的工作操守及忠誠
Good command of Cantonese and English are required
良好中英文水平
