Job Description

 A new breed of consultancy is looking for rising stars.

Interns join the firm as our Junior Associates, earning hands-on, real-world experience, working alongside energetic and passionate marketing scientists, creative strategists, technologists, and digital natives.

Our Junior Associates are savvy with tons of energy and are not satisfied with simply doing what is asked, but always thinking about how to raise the bar. The ideal candidate is hungry and absolutely detail-minded, seeks to understand, and demonstrates professional maturity with a positive attitude towards learning and delivering a job well done.

 

Research program:

  • Own client satisfaction through successful consultancy and execution of social media listening management protocols, processes, and other requirements
  • Support the agency's clients in digital, qualitative & quantitative research projects, social media listening, and crisis monitoring support
  • Work with and communicate with both client internal teams and RFI internal teams to fully serve client needs

 

Key responsibilities

Research

  • Study the brand and market landscape, developing a deeper understanding of our client's brands inside & out
  • Support on pitch brainstorms and project execution for marketing & research projects
  • Monitor social listening platforms for both marketing opportunities incidents
  • Execute internal client protocols for any key alerts to be escalated
  • Conduct community management daily for both marketing/branding and crisis management
  • Search for an identify new trends in social media, digital media, and marketing by keeping a pulse on the marketing landscape
  • Review and identify major topics that client customers are discussing in relation to the clients' brands

Client relationship management

  • Participate in training exercises to become familiar with all client platforms
  • Be the client's partner in advising and assisting with content decisions for community engagement, daily emailer, and crisis management

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (attained or in-progress) with a focus in social sciences preferred, but not necessary (e.g. political science, sociology, anthropology, communications, marketing, social psychology)
  • Fluency and mastery in Cantonese Chinese required
  • Proficiency in English preferred
