Description of job:  

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process 
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver services after understood clients’ hiring needs 
  • Draft job advertisement, conduct phone interview, face to face interview and shortlist candidates for clients
  • According to customer requirements for personnel assessment and recommendation, effectively communication and delivery talent profile to clients
  • Complete the commissioned tasks to look for talents through the close teamwork

Job requirements:  

  • Degree holder or Associate degree holders
  • 1 to 10 years working Experience with recruiter, in-house HR, CS will be high preferable 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills who is proactive, customer services oriented, detail minded and result driven
  • Prefer someone whose target awareness is clear, active, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Good Cantonese / English communication skills is in priority
