Reservation Officer (Shift-duty required)

Our client is a leading telecommunication company in Hong Kong. They are looking for an outstanding candidate with strong customer service skills to join their reservation team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and hotel reservations with professional customer service manner
  • Establish good customer relationship and provide travel advice
  • Up-sell vacation packages to potential customers and achieve business targets
  • Follow up customer orders and ensure all bookings information are updated in system accurately
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager/Supervisor


Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in hospitality, tourism or related disciplines
  • At least 1-year customer service experience from retail / telecommunication industry
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, sales-oriented and able to work under a fast-paced working environment
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
